Welcome to AAI Resume Intel, a product of Ambu Aventa Inc. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Description of Service

AAI Resume Intel provides AI-powered resume analysis, optimization suggestions, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) simulation tools. These tools are designed to assist job seekers in framing their existing experience more effectively for specific job descriptions.

2. User Responsibility & Ethical Use

By using our service, you agree to the following:

  • Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of the information provided in your resume.
  • Ethical Disclaimer: Our tool is intended for experience framing, not falsification. We do not support or encourage the creation of fraudulent resumes or the hallucination of non-existent experience.
  • AI Verification: AI-generated suggestions (such as bullet points or summaries) should be reviewed and verified by you before use. AAI Resume Intel does not guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated content.

3. Credits and Payments

Certain features of AAI Resume Intel require AI Credits:

  • Billing: Credits are purchased as one-time packs via Stripe.
  • Refunds: Refund requests for unused credits are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once credits are consumed for an AI action, they are non-refundable.
  • Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMBU AVENTA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the service.
  • The results of any AI analysis or optimization suggestions.
  • Job Placement: We DO NOT guarantee job interviews, job offers, or successful employment outcomes.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ambu Aventa Inc is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
